The map of the city! Just because a building or place isn't labeled on the map, doesn't mean that it does not exist. People live all over the place and what are considered important points in the city to know are listed here, along with a basic guide to who lives in what quarter of the city. This will be updated as needed.

If you would like a location listed, leave a comment below! For your convenience and ours, please use the templates at the bottom of this post when listing/updating a location (it makes transferring the information easier).

Text provided need may be edited/condensed for clarity/content/space, but we will include all of the important features of the location. SIMPLE descriptions are best, since this is a city map, not the blueprints of each house and space is limited on this post.

The Wall
Description and Additional Notes:	Appearing on the second Christmas "celebrated" in Adstringendum, and as a result of a mis-compression, parts the Great Wall of China replaced the electric fence outlining and separating the Safezone of the city from the Wastelands. This stone wall, like the original fence, is in varying states of disrepair: some is renovated, some very much shows its age by either being broken down, or reduced by erosion to barely two meters high. Battlements line the top of the wall itself, and watchtowers still dot the wall every few miles. The wall was damaged during the earthquake on May 28th, 2013, and those areas are indicated in red on the map.

Places of Interest :: INNER CITY

Fortress City
Description and Additional Notes:	Having been where the scientists of the Unified Universe Project and the soldiers that were under contract to them lived, the Inner City is a small fortress. Unlike the outer city where player characters live, the Inner City has running water and electricity, all of the basics and some luxuries. A tall, very smooth fence runs around the Inner City; any gaps or breaks in the defenses repaired by the Animus now that it is their territory. Any soldiers that used to guard the area are now gone, having either gone underground with the scientists or died, but various automatic security measures are still in place.
Animus Warehouse
Description and Additional Notes:	There is a warehouse that the Animus consider their 'headquarters', so to speak. It’s where the scientists attempted to study them... About a fourth of those scientists vanished, half died, never to come back to life, and a fourth were left witless or insane. Needless to say, they are no longer trying to do so. In fact, the scientists are now hiding underground, rarely (if ever) using their PCDs out of fear of the Animus finding and interfering with them again.
Entering the Inner City shouldn't be taken lightly, and in fact can’t be done without moderator permission. All entries must be mod-approved, with the foreknowledge that the price is high for messing with the scientists and/or the Animus.

THE WASTELANDS

Places of Interest :: THE WASTES Please note that this is not a comprehensive list. The Wastes are extremely vast and discoveries are being made every day.

Mount Aporiatio
Description and Additional Notes:	Appearing after the rain of fire and subsequent earthquake in Adstringéndum's fourth year, this active stratovolcano's often snow-covered peak can be seen from various places in the city on a clear day. Following the river into the Wastes now would lead one to the discovery that it originated from the volcano itself and is fed by the abundant rain and snowfall there. The volcano seems relatively peaceful and can be scaled by those who wish to do a little mountain climbing (or virgin sacrificing), but who knows how long that may last?
